I finally dreamt i was naked in public

Last night I finally ticked off a psychological cliché box and dreamt I was naked in public. I was sitting on a sunny morning train smack bang under the CCTV camera talking to another passenger who was politely ignoring my nudity. Even though I could feel stares from others around me I tried to act casual to play it off and told myself they probably erase the camera tapes every few days anyway.

    I had a LOT of those kid of dreams when I was younger. Not so much now

    Nudity in dreams is common and I’ve had them many times. For me, it means having my facade, or quandrant 3 on the Johari window, exposed to others.

      I was shown the Johari window a few years ago and had completely forgotten it’s name, thank you for reminding me. Reading the description of the third quadrant did fit into how exposed I’ve felt in some areas of my life recently.
