I'll give you the highlight of one of the most popular success speeches ever given (later printed in a booklet).
"The Common Denominator Of Success" by Albert E. N. Gray
I believe that you can find the text on the internet.
This is from 1940 when the entire sales force was male; I'm going to replace the word "man" with "person" or "people"; and "he" with "they" to bring it to modern acceptable standards.
"The secret of success of every person who has ever been successful -- lies in the fact that they formed the habit of doing things that failures don't like to do."
Guess what... they don't like doing them either....
"Successful people are influenced by the desire for pleasing results. Failures are influenced by the desire for pleasing methods and are inclined to be satisfied with such results as can be obtained by doing things they like."
I highly suggest you read the whole thing. It's only a few pages long.
It's OK to not enjoy what you are doing IF... what you are doing will result in a better life for you and your family.
Consider what you are doing... and why you are doing it. Study success principals...
I wish you the best...
If you full well know you aren't going to enjoy doing things you don't like then what's the point of doing it in the first place?
