I found a book called "I am the Cat, Don't Forget That...feline expressions.

It has great pictures and awesome short poems and witty sayings on every page. It's just soooo great, if you own or love cats!!

I really recommend you check it out!!

        Oh! I haven't checked out the book you mentioned, but I do have one that's called Why Cats Paint. That one is cute book to look at also.

    I don't mind cats, but I have never found myself looking at cat pictures, or reading cat books!

    I'm not into cats that much, but the I figure I'll be become a crazy cat "lady" (dunno, "cat guy" just doesn't sound right) in about 20 years from now. i'm just less into people than I am into cats. Cats are cute, not as annoying and usually pretty independent.

    Three little kittens loved to play, they had fun in the sun all day.
    Then their mother came out and said, "Time for kittens to go to bed!"
    Three little kittens start to bawl, "Mommy we're not tired at all!"
    Their mother smiled and said with a purr, "Fine, but at least you should brush your fur."
    Three little kittens with fur all brushed said, "We can't sleep, we feel too rushed!"
    Their mother replied with a voice like silk, "Fine, but at least you should drink your milk."
    Three little kittens with milk all gone, rubbed their eyes and started to yawn.
    "We can't sleep. We can't even try!" Then their mother sang a lullaby.
    "Good night kittens, close your eyes. Sleep in peace until you rise."
    "Though while you sleep, we are apart, your mommy loves you with all her heart."

    All my female cat-loving friends would disagree. They've been talking about "I am a Cat" by Natsume Sōseki for years. I've read it myself and, while I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, the author really has an angle on cats. You could almost believe it was written by a cat.

      I will look that up. Did you take a gander at the book I was talking about? I love it, and my kids adore it. It gets so many giggles and ooohs and ahhhs.

      EDIT: I checked out your book, we are comparing apples and oranges here!! They are both great in their own ways. I love the photography and the short quips in my book.

        I did just have a look, yeah. I'm pretty sure I'd prefer your book than the one I read (which at times was hard work). Especially as I find myself Googling pictures of cats at least once a week because I just like looking at them. :)
