I get gassy from almost anything i eat. its so annoying

I cannot go 1 day without feeling bloated at some point.
What I like to do is go on all fours but put your chest down on the ground and bum up high. Then relax your bum hole so it opens then allow the air to flow in and out. You can do a sucking motion like it’s breathing.
When I first read the title I thought it said that you get sassy from almost anything you eat.
