I get over stress quickly

whenever a situation arises i always stress out at the max then it immediately goes away, like it’s a massive but short spike of emotion. after i calm down i make the situation less important than it is and think it’s no big deal anymore because i made up an excuse for myself to not panic as much.

  • If I can't come up with a good response to a situation then I'll stress about it until I find a solution or I work through the aftermath. It would literally be all I think about, I wouldn't be able to get it out of my head. I just went through something like this and I ended up finding a solution and like magic my stress dissipated. I think it's like a sink or swim response for me.
