I get random internal pain in my arms, chest, kidnieys, liver?

so i am a 26 year old male and i get randomly occuring pains in different parts of my body. in my arms its almost like a vascular pain,it will happen in my armpit and near my tricep down to my inner elbow and forearm. i get chest pains that i try to blame on smoking and i get sharp pains in the lower quadrants of my back and in the left part of my abdomen. is this just normal pain or should i be concerned.

        I experienced exactly that when I was on statins for cholesterol control: tried every type and dosage and they all gave me horrible side effects. I'm now (years after a heart attack) on a non-statin cholesterol lowering medication.

        If you're a heavy smoker that could be affecting your circulation but your doctor should be able to work out the cause.

        Definitely get screened for diabetes/pre-diabetes.

        It could be lots of things, but some simpler ones might be dehydration, vitamin deficiency (b6, b12, magnesium, potassium), stomach/digestive issue, high blood pressure.

    Occasional aches and pains are normal but if it is constant or last more than a week you may want to speak to a doctor.
