I get scary 'visions' when i do certain actions

So, when it's really quiet at nighttime and I'm all alone, I start imagining weird things. I'm not sure how to explain it, so I'll give examples. Two days ago, the wind was blowing the stick part of the blind (the bit where you twist to 'close' it) so I held it together to stop it from moving. The moment it stopped, I had this sudden image that the stick started swinging around again, getting faster and hitting itself against the blind, and that gave me sudden chills and made me get out of there as soon as possible. Yesterday as I was looking at a dark empty room, I had an image again, and this time, there was a man wearing a mask and a dark cloak who stood at the end of the room, before sudden running at me, and once again, I ran to my room.

I'm not sure if anyone gets images like that when they do a certain action. I think I might have gotten these images when I was younger. My first dream was me surrounded by a bunch of mimes in a stair maze and falling off the stairs and onto the ground, I'm not entirely sure, but when something like that happens, I always have a feeling it's because of that dream.

Also, when I look at things that are too big for their size, such as the icons on a desktop being too big, or imagine myself falling onto the Earth or an object suddenly close to my face, my leg starts jerking or I get these chills. I think that those are related to the visions I get...

Anyways, can you tell me if it's natural to have thoughts like that of if its just me?

I had a psychotic episode that lasted a couple years when I was a teen. That's the only time I had that kinda problem.

I always imagine wen im in a car with someone other than my mom (she drives slow af lol) something bads gunna happen. A crash or the police is gunna pull us over. I can't help but to think that because I DO NOT trust people driving (unless im drunk cuz by then I'm in my own world being the dj to the aux cord lol)

I rather be the driver, or im completely tense the whole car drive. Like i catch my self being tense and then tell my self to relax and then a few moments later I'll notice I'm back tense.

I haven't been In a wreck and that's the crazy part about it

It sounds like you're letting your imagination run away from you. This can be a response to a lack of water, anxiety or mild hallucinations brought on by an unknown cause. Next time you have one imagine whatever is frightening you is wearing a really goofy looking hat. If you see the hat, you'll know you're just freaking yourself out. If you drink more water and stop seeing things, you were just dehydrated. If you take a deep slow breath instead of reacting and running from your vision rushing you down and you're fine but frightened you'll know it was just anxiety. If non of the above helps or the problem persists see a doctor.

Thanks for the advice~ I don't think I'm dehydrated (?), so I guess I'll try the third option.

I think it is just you. Have you seen a psychiatrist yet? They might be able to help you.

Nope, because my dad wouldn't believe me even if I told him T^T

What does you dad have to do with it?

Well, I don't want him to know, so if I go see a psychiatrist, he'll find out, or he'll just complain to me about that. I just get the feeling that he won't believe me and he won't allow me to go see one...

If you don't want to seek help, because your dad might find out, then that is your problem. Don't come here and troll for responses.

Also, is this site meant to be used for finding solutions? I thought it was just a site to see what others think of you and stuff

I'm not trolling, I just wanted to see if I could have some way of relieving me of my problem without letting my dad know.... That's the main problem right now
