I get so annoyed

Is it normal to be really irritable? Theres this dude who everytime he says a sentence he does this gay littlle "mmph" like a fake laugh but just a little one. And on top of that he talks very feminine and quietly like a whisper. Then on top of that hes always eating potato chips and smacking that makes me hate him more (hes fat). He stands there *chew chew* "mmhmph" *chew chew* "mmhmmph"

But that weird little annoying laugh just makes me not be able to stand him. It sounds so stupid. Why do you have to fake laugh after every single sentence? What you're saying isnt even remotely funny. Why giggle like a school girl?
