I recently got a tattoo on the head of my Johnson, and now it hurts like a motherfucker. It just stings constantly, and it's starting to swell up. Should I see a doctor?

One thing - tattoos do take several days to heal. During the time, it will be sensitive, scab over, may itch a little, and such. Do not force the scabs off, that can ruin the tattoo. Just let them flake of on their own.

Your penis is the most sensitive place on your body to get a tattoo so it could just be irrigated it could also be that it is infected because of well you know, make sure you clean the tattoo properly with antibacterial soap until its healed. You may also be allergic to the ink too.

Updates! I got some antibiotics when I saw the doctor, the infection cleared, and I've never felt better in my life! I got my girlfriend's name tattooed on the head of my dick, and I have to say I've never felt better in my life and definitely will not regret this!
