I got evicted from my dorm, wtf

Alrighty, so I have been living in this dorm for about a year + a couple of months. My previous roommate was chill, but he graduated and moved out, oh well… This new dude moved in just a month ago and he already got me evicted, wtf. I was there first, not him. Anyways, what did I do so “horribly” wrong that I got booted from the dorm? Nothing actually… My GF was visiting so we were just chilling in the bunk bed. His bed is the upper one so he should mind is own damn business.

<fast forward a coupe of days>
The administrative lady approached me and asked:
Her: “were you having sex in front of your room mate?”.
Me: in front? No. In the same room? Yes
Her: I have solid evidence ..
Me: <interrupts her> why do you need evidence when I said yes? Why would it be a problem when the other guy was in his own bed on top? He wouldn’t see anything unless he purposely looked down.

Long story short: it escalated up to the rector and I got kicked out of the faculty’s dorm… wtf

    Didn't you find out what kind of evidence they had?
    Like was the other guy recording you?

    If I was the other guy I'd be laying there in the upper bunk & using my best retarded person voice saying " Hey you guys want some gum or Milk Duds?" "Boy I shouldn't have eaten those last three burritos."

      He was filming a corner of the room (without filming us). Just some random chair… The evidence was the recorded audio where both my and her voices were easily recognizable along with what we were doing.

    Id beat him up. You shouldn't be having sex in the same room as him but he should have told you not to do it again that it nothered him. Find some way to get him.

      Ye, he’s such a whiner, but nah it’s chill but still a wtf situation. Regarding making out in the room, a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do. As a student living in a dorm, there aren’t any private places to make out so general dorm manners is to sound them up and give them a choice to either get out for a bit or mind their own business. Definitively agree with you that he should had talked it out with me over just reporting on the first incident. It sucks that I gotta fork out 3x as much for a room in a shared apartment now compared to the dorm, but hopefully it’s just temporary. I signed up to another dorm near a different faculty, fingers crossed that some loser drop out so the waiting list clears faster.

    Did you ask him to leave before you and your GF started going to town? If I was just hanging out on my bed and my roommate started humping his girlfriend without warning, I'd probably take it someone. I don't know that you deserved to be evicted, but mostly I'm just trying to get inside the head of someone who's down with fucking while other people are around and I'm not having much luck

      Nope, I didn’t ask him to leave, but I did sound him up about that my GF is visiting and things might get a bit cozy. My previous roommate sometimes took the hint and left, other times he dove into his own world by gaming at his PC. It was never a problem until this new dude moved in

        Yeah, it's pretty weird that he'd just stick around if he was uncomfortable. Seems like he'd leave pretty quickly or at least assume you didn't know he was there and say something
