I'm a manager at a department store and one of my employees constantly has a hard on. He's 17 so I never said anything till the other day. He always puts his hands in his pockets to try to hide it which makes him a lousy worker, he's (supposed to be) doing shelf restocking.

The other day he was messing around on his phone and kept going back and forth to the bathroom throughout the day so I finally told him that his behavior was inappropriate and he needs to learn to control himself and handle whatever situations he's having below the belt. He just got embarrassed and shrugged it off. Was I wrong for saying something?

    It's okay but.... Take him in private to tell him obviously and maybe just request that he wears tighter underwear buy them since you brought it uP get him some of those GSP underwear tell him he needs to wear them at work and he needs to keep his texting for breaks. Work don't pay much the way the Economy is and of course his interested in sex. Just be professional if you know his size buy them and tell him I'd like you to wear these so its not so obvious your walking around pitching a tent all day, and you have to be productive I don't want to fire you.
