I had a gory dream

I had a really gross gory dream wild dogs attacked me and a bunch of other people there had to be a last surviror kinda like a game and while making it out I slipped in everyones blood right into a brain that was splattered on the floor and when I grabbed a cart next to me to help myself up I got my hand full of intenstinal stuff that was lying all over the cart.
It was the grossest most disturbing stuff ive ever seen and no I dont watch any slasher movies ever or gore, I pass out if I see stuff like that because I have at a few points in life and I passed out so I cant watch stuff like that and I cant believe my own brain forced me to by creating these images that will live with me forever now

    It’s okay I think that is fairly normal since everyone has weird dreams every once and awhile. You are alright.

    Yeah I'd say this is perfectly normal. Everyone has gory/disturbing dreams about things they would never consider while awake; there is no scientific evidence to suggest that having dreams about things like that are any reflection that something is wrong with you.
