I feel like a lot of guys do have nasty sense of humour, and they def do talk about masturebation and the nasty details of it. However, this seem pretty excessive, and I haven't met any guys who would be this upfront and personal. I would suggest keeping distance with him because guys like that are pretty creepy and they most likely won't stop because they think with their dick and not their head.
