I hate breathing sounds in a microphone

The biggest Pet peeve that I have is where I try to watch a certain youtube video which is gaming videos, (tutorial videos), and each between the creator's sentences they make the short breathing sounds. Or they will laugh into their microphone. It's very triggering.

I am sensitive to certain sounds, so hearing the breathing parts irritate me so much to the point where I have to just mute the sound and turn on subtitles. I can handle other videos where there is just the talking but no breathing sounds which is good because then my sensitivities aren't being tested.

Is this normal, or do I have a serious issue?
