I hate discipline, is it normal?

Every time I tried to be self-disciplined to leave my comfort zone, my inner peace is unbearably disturbed, because it makes me continually afraid of being obligated to maintain a required painful lifestyle for a long time.

Mandatory service in the army in the past did have it's upsides...

I served willingly after finishing school, cause I wanted to honor my family's history. But the army taught me how to control emotions better and how to be more efficient at life.
How to set up priorities and tasks and limit procrastination to a minimum.

Start with something very small. For instance make a point to make your bed everyday. You don't have to make a big deal about it, or tell anyone about it. Being undisciplined doesn't really hurt anyone except for you.

Jordan peterson made a big deal about this and personal responsibility. Go look him up if you want to manage this feeling of hating dicipline.

Dicipline isnt good nor bad it's just a system of organizing yourself. Thus it only effects you, its up to yourself to figure out what it takes to pull yourself through the day.

Honestly I dreaded the feeling of being locked into a job to spend my entire life on... until I realized it's not my entire life. It's just something you do for a third of your day. Most of us arent doint anything important with our freetime especially if we are single. So getting out there getting something done and getting paid for it is worth it.

Oh, I'm already into Jordan Peterson videos on YouTube, and his books.
