I hate fingerprint marks on things

I don't know why, but it makes me crazy when things get smudged. Like when you're using a touch screen phone and your finger leaves prints on the screen, or painting your nails and they end up getting smudged when you thought they were dry. I let my cousin use my DS once and he used his finger instead of the stylus, and it just drove me up the wall. Is this normal?

    Man, I hate that, too.
When I bought my 3ds I actually cringed a little when I saw how shiny it was lol
It's not a big deal, but I still hate how dirty it looks after I've been playing with it
The price of nice things, I guess.

I don't like it when my phone gets smudges on it. However, it is not that end all with me. People contain oils within their skin so, i is only natural to get smudges on devices. I do think that it would be nice if I could wear gloves while using my device. I also am not of the fact that when I have used wipes on my phone, whether they be eyeglass wipes or baby wipes, that they leave this weird trailing smudge. If I try wiping it off with my shirt, it further worsens this effect. So, now, I don't even bother. My screen is certainly not a sight for sore eyes and neither is the screen for my macbook.

I agree with you to the highest exponent. A lot of my female family members have their hands moist due to some sort of lotion or hair product so when they hold my game controllers for even a moment, I have to go wipe it off right after. I warn people if someone MUST make a call with my phone to hold the phone away from their ear because I do not want to clean their ear dirt off the screen. (I also hold it away from my ear) When my young cousin visits, he too handles my game CDs by picking it up in the same manner as you would a piece of paper which leaves fingerprints on the bottom as well as on my DS screen. CDs are pretty delicate and everyone knows that fingerprints and such can mess them up so to see anyone treat others' stuff like that just....HADOUKEN!

Ipad/phone marks are inevitable but one can at least make sure their hands aren't messy.

I forgot that I used to especially be like this with my Game systems. I haven't had someone to play with my consoles in awhile, so it is not really a major concern of mine. I do know that I personally hate to have ANY oils on my hands when I handle my my systems.

Leaving fingerprints at the scene is pretty stupid, according to all the TV cop shows I've seen. Wipe them away and stay free.

    hmmm..

    on a related note,
i like it when there is enough finger grease on a screen or similar surface that you can actually fingerpaint with it. Spent a lot of time doing this to the glossy covers of the gospel books in church as a kid
