I hate hugs

I can't express this to anyone else without them thinking i am cold, hateful or crazy but the very thought of hugging makes me uncomfortable. I feel like I can't breath or very gross after hugging. I know I can't be the only one who feels like this. Is this normal or is something wrong with me?

    I very much enjoy hugs, but I can't stand hugs that are too tight and too long. Yuck!

    Growing up my family is that way too. I HATE THAT because I LOVE hugs. I love that my husband's side of the family is really huggy
