    I can see where it would bother you. I have a tenancy to talk A LOT, but there is that fine line that's drawn in the sand.
    If it's in public, sure if you're not to loud.
    If it's, for example, during an important lecture, NO!

    i know people like that but i can deal with them i would prefer a happy medium but i still have not found a group of people like that.
