I hate my cat iin?

So I'm not the first person on here to hate their cat, but here's my reasons why I hate my cat.

1. Even though her litter box is covered, she is not happy unless she shovels litter out of her box. Usually on a freshly vacuumed carpet as that is her favorite time to use her box.

2. After using said litter box she then climbs on top of the TV stand, kitchen and bathroom counters tracking litter where ever she goes.

3. She claws not only my furniture, but the insides of my shoes and spreads shoe innards all over my apartment.

4. She wakes my fiance and I up on a nightly basis by walking on top of our heads and/or trying to nurse off of our male schnauzer. Or by finding something in the room to tear up. If we lock her out of our bedroom she meows constantly until we let her back in.

5. She attacks said schnauzer and makes him yelp for no reason.

6. She has already almost knocked over our Christmas tree and has destroyed three strands on garland and one ornament.

These are just a few of the reasons I hate my cat, she makes me want to throw her against the wall and I have owned animals my whole live and have never been a violent person. I've tried spray bottles, but she just looks around confused as to what is getting her wet. So I shouldn't feel like I have a problem right?

She has given the cat love. the cat is a monster and does not deserve love. It should be killed.

I agree. Cats are like that. You're clearly not a cat person.

The cat is not a people cat. Dump it in a pasture full of coyotes . They will love it. LOL

I agree with this. Clearly a cat is not for you and it is terrorizing your dog. This is usually the other way around but it should not happen.

  • Unfortunately that's what cats do, I had one when I was 5 and she died at 16 years old and now I have two 1 year old sister cats.

And yes, they do annoy me at times but I can never stay mad at them. One uses the litter box immediately after it's been cleaned without fail and quite often ends up chucking litter/poop all over the floor.

It's possible to train cats to an extent, when they do something wrong, point your finger at them and firmly say no.

Buy a book about looking after cats and cat behaviour and you'll know how to deal with this sort of thing.

It might be a good idea to get her declawed. Also make sure she was spayed, because sometimes when cats go into heat their behavior gets out of control.

Declawing is good. That way when the little bitch get dumped in the field of coyotes, they can kill it faster without getting scratched. They are starving to death. Feed them, they The fiance' is happy, she is happy , the schnauzer is happy, coyotes are happy and that bitch is dead, as it should be. Done.

Domestic cats are an unnatural, invasive species responsible for countless killings of native animals, many of which are endangered or protected. I suggest you spay/neuter your cat or simply not own or shelter one. It breaks my heart to see a nest of endangered baby owls dead at the hands of a merciless feline.

They eat birds. Are you saying we should kill cats? How is fixing them going to change that?

  • 1. This is natural. All cats do this. Just clean it up everytime.
    2. Buy different litter. And when she climbs, pick her up show her where she was climbing and point in between her eyes and yell firmly: NO!
    3. Repeat 2nd part of step 2
    4. Put up with the whining and buy her a cat bed. Eventually she will stop meowing and lay down and sleep.
    5. What's a schnauzer? Is it a dog? If so tell her no the same way as the second part of step 2.
    6. Repeat second part of step 2.

The fact that you have to act what a Schnauzer is, is the second piece of evidence that you are just uninformed idiot. Stop telling her to do stupid shit to a little monster that need to be put to sleep.

I love you!! I HATE CATS TOO! Like, wtf are people thinking babying those stupid pieces of garbage. They don't even show gratitude whatsoever and the way they react when they're scared or angry irritates the shit out of me. I do, however, love dogs to bits. :)

Firstly, what the .... is a schnauzer?
Secondly, think about your cats feelings
Thirdly, if that doesn't help the situation, kick it's ...
Fourthly, if that causes no relief, sell it.

Get better/different litter so it doesn't stick to her feet. Also if you can put up with the meowing she will get used to being shut out of your bedroom but letting her in when she meows will just encourage her to meow next time since it worked. I have no idea how you didn't anticipate this having had animals all of your life, they are hard work.

That's just a normal cat. If you really hate her that much then find her another home and don't get another one. I have a dog that can be a real bitch at times but I still love her and would never do violence to her for just being a dog.

but if you are too impatient and truly hate your cat, you should probably give it to someone who will actually love and care for it... before you really do throw it at the wall... if it's a young cat you have to realise it will grow out of this mischievous behavior, and try not to let it bother you so much... but if you can't imagine ever loving it then give it to someone who will

Wow, well I guess that's what you get for buying one of those vermin aka cats. At least you're not the classic cat person who tries to explain away all their faults and pretend its cute that fluffy destroys their house or apartment. If I were you that cat would be at the animal shelter where they don't have a no kill policy. That thing is feral!
