We have different jobs but it's like I have no space. My boss told me something and my bitch co worker watches me and constantly tries to get me fired everyday. I started helping her with her job and still for three weeks she lies to the boss and said I am not helping her at all. I almost phoned the manager because I was be harassed so badly by the supervisor and I did help my co worker. And when I leave the building my co worker is in she lies to the supervisor and I have to explain why I lefted(I was doing my job). Also everytime I use the bathroom and co worker tries to say I was hiding that bullshit. I should be allowed to taking a fucking piss

    Keep a record of all the work you’re doing so when she lies you can pull receipts. Hopefully your boss will realise she’s just stirring drama and get tired of her lies.

    Is it possible for you to ask to be transferred to another department? If not I would start applying for other jobs.

    Like everyone else said, keep a record and report her if it continues. Her behavior is not normal and I understand your frustration.

    It's going to be tedious, a time-suck and it will probably feel petty, but like Skulls says, you should start keeping records of the crap she pulls. Make a note of what specifically do to help her and the time you spend on this. Make a note of the lies she tells to your boss and the truth of what happened. Hell, if she's complained about you using the toilet, make a note of when you leave your work station to do this and what time you return.

    If all she has is generalised bitching and you can present detailed records of specifics with time and date, you're going to seem much more credible than her.
