I hate noisy tv's sooo much

Is it normal that I seethe with anger if I'm in a room, or near a room anywhere, public, or at a house, or an office where I can hear an annoying noisy television blaring a load of crappy blabber with a lot of commercials. It's the most obnoxious NOISE! If someone's watching a movie, I don't mind that. It's the noise from those standard TV channels with commercials that angers me. Obnoxious, obnoxious, obnoxious! If I could do it, I would hack into the TV remotely and turn it off.
