I hate perticular slang words

I am a big user of MSN, facebook chat, AIM, etc. One thing that really annoys me is when people write things such as 'prolly' instead of 'probably'. I don't mind all the abbreviations such as 'g2g', 'brb', and things like that. but its when people attempt to write a word and spell it the way it sounds and they screw it up. it sucks. like right now, someone on facebook has their status containing: futur, ima, skul, and luv. how hard is it to write: future, I am, school, and love? Is this normal to get so mad about this?

    It's normal. I know one word that annoys the hell out of me is "preggers" (pregnant). I have no idea why but the first time I heard that word i immediately hated it.

    Mee tooo I don't really like that especially when people also type with symbols it's like why do you even go to school but ill understand if like your in a hurry in a chat or something but like come on it does get annoying.

    I think this is perfectly normal. I hate internet slang and it is not necessary. We don't need a language within a language. It's bad enough our literacy rate has plummeted, I wouldn't speak to them due to their illiteracy.
