I hate when my palms get hot

So like if im in a Jacuzzi and my palms get hot i have to take my hands out of the water to cool them off or im really uncomfortable. Same goes with the bottoms of my feet i cant have them under a blanket they have to be out of a blanket with my body under it. So IIN?
