I hate when someone tells me to relax

The slightest emotion and this person tells me to relax, whether I'm complaining about something or laughing. The other day I made a barely audible noise with my nose, looking at something on the computer, and he told me to chill. Then when I told him it's getting ridiculous he told me to relax again.
