I have 10 cats is this normal ??

My friend has like 14 because his mom is making them breed. I personally lose a year of my life everytime I go in that house. It's too much, 4 max for me.

Anyway, as long as the cats are healthy, go to regular physicals, have their shots and are spayed/neutered, I don't see anything wrong with having ten cats. However, if you can't keep up with having so many animals, or you keep on bringing more into your house, you need help.

Ever hear the song, "Cay lady! Hmmm Cat Lady!" Well the song is defently about a lady who owns many cats. There are two or maybe even more rasons to why people, especially woman, have tones of cats! 1. They are lonely and can't get a man becuase they are to emtional and won't let love come in and take over! Or. 2. Someone died that they cared about and they just can't cope, so they buy dozesn of cats! Now there are many many many more reasons to this cat problem, but, hey! If you like that, then that's totally up to you! You shouldn't have to come on IIN to ask if it's normal! It's your life, so you do what you want! WHO CARES ABOUT OTHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's normal, just don't overdo it if you can't take care of all of them. Take care of all of them :) If you can't handle it, you can give up some for donation. Making sure they'll have rightful and loving caretakers.

Hahaha. You think 10 cats is normal? My mum use to have 21 cats, I am 13 now..and that was a few years ago.. She looked after them all very well they all had a little igloo/bed thing and got feed tin food and scraps everynite. but then there were these horrible people who livied next to us killed some of them and did really horrible stuff to them. We had a cat who livied for 25 years. And he died in 2006 becaus ehe was REALLY old. Some of the cats ran away from storms. and more cats had babies..that we gave away... But now we only have 6 cats. :) It is totaly normal :D
