I have a blue scab thing on my back?

So after I got out of the shower I noticed this thing on my lower back. Slightly smaller than a penny. It's just like a little chunk of skin gone, not really like a scab I guess because it isn't flaky. I have no idea when or how I got it, but part of it looks BLUE?! I'm concerned I have a weird rare flesh eating virus but maybe I've just been watching too much Grey's Anatomy. It hurts a little like any cut would but not horribly. I tried rubbing the blue off like maybe it was marker or fuzz from a shirt but nope. It's my skin. And it looks nasty.

    I'd vote for the weird rare flesh eating virus. Especially because of the blue.

    Maybe its some kind (some rare kind) of fungal infection.
