I have a constant feeling of dread/anxiety
It feels like I was just jump-scared in a game or something, but less intense. I don't feel scared, but I feel like I have a test next period and didn't study. It doesn't go away, it's a constant feeling of dread in my heart. If this isn't normal, then could you tell me how to get rid of it?
