I have a fear of many wired arm related things
Me and my friends, bored, were comparing muscle sizes. We would take each others arms, squeeze them and then the person being squeezed would flex their muscles. We would see how hard/big they were. But while we were doing that, i realized i cant STAND the feel of it. When muscle move or spasm while i touch them with my fingertips, it makes me physically flinch for some reason. If its grotesque enough, even the mere sight of it can cause a reaction. Same happens if someone else squeezes my arm, i always instinctively grab and rub my arm because it just freaks me out so much. One dude from the same group of friends was really small and thin and had these naturally vaney arms and that freaked me out too.
Then i started recalling other things related to arms that freak me out. Like, i always hated measuring my blood pressure, because its the same squeezing feeling. After the first time i had my blood taken, despite not feeling that scared of it during the process, i started to black out and my ears started ringing. I asked my mom about it and she said it must've been something in my subconscious, since i had absolutely no fear before and during the blood taking.
Is this normal? Are there other people with this kind of fear?
