The most sexual part of a lady to me is her neck. I love ladies neck since i was small. The most beautiful part of it that i get attracted to is the horizontal lines on it. I wouldn't date a lady without lines on her neck. That is why i prefer black women since they have neck lines more than white. Is this normal?

    They weren't at all. They are highly sexual and erotic. Only from females though.

    I was reading a blog once with a bunch of tips on how to get guys to notice you or be attracted to you or whatever I don't remember too well, but there was one tip that said to draw attention to your neck. So it's safe to assume most men do find it a fairly sexual/attractive feature.
