I have a significantly reduced appetite around this time every year

Every year around February or March, I have a significantly reduced appetite for a couple of weeks or so and eat maybe one small meal a day. Most food just does not taste very good and I don't crave it. This has been happening for at least 4-5 years now that I can remember. I'm currently going through a spell of that right now and am just not hungry.

Is this normal? I'm wondering if this has something to do with the weather starting to change where I live.

I think you're fine. My appetite isnt seasonal like this but I do have random weeks where I'm content with just one meal... but normally I eat like a pig. Just be careful you dont get malnutritioned or extremely underweight
