I have hated music all my life but now i'm in love with this song?

Ever since I was small songs gave me a headache and I rarely liked any music.
Just recently I have found a song called Stop and Stare from onerepublic and I fell in love with that song! I don't have any headache whilst listening to it and I have even divided to sing it when I didnt even sing for the last 3 years or so. Why the sudden change? Is it normal?

    Because people change but also how much music have you listened too? Maybe you just have a very particular taste in music and if you haven't made an effort to listen to much music maybe its taken this long for you to find a song you like

      I have listened to many songs and I have always had an headache and disliked it. I have tried to find a song which suited my taste for the last 6 or so years because for me it's important to have at least one song you like or else I would feel different than normal people.
