I have shy bladder, can't pee with someone watching.
I have shy bladder the only person I can pee in front of is my wife. Can't use urinals if others guys are around, can't squeeze a drop if I feel like I'm being watched. Is this at all normal?

This is extremely common, doctors refer to it as 'bashful bladder syndrome. I suffered with it for most of my life, and could never pee in a urinal with someone standing next to me. Simple answer, always use a cubicle. Pleased to say that one positive about having a radical prostatectomy to get rid of prostate cancer in my mid 50s means that I am now able to pee in a public loo without any problem at all.
It's normal. But what if you were in a medical setting and the doctor/nurse told you to pee in cup and for whatever reason, you weren't allowed to go to a bathroom, you had to urinate while in the same room with these people?
Sorry about that... I know what you mean because I too am pee shy. I'm sure that I've pissed of quite a few medical staffs because I couldn't muster urine for a test. I also have this problem where I get too embarrassed and worried to let people know in public that I have to use the toilet. Ah! In the past, that has caused a lot of problems for me.
It's normal. IIN this is the first time I hear the term "shy bladder"?
