I have sleep paralysis and I hallucinate about a demon. Is that normal?

    That's a common side effect of the anesthesia given by the grey people during an alien rectal probe.
    How does your ass feel when this happens?

    Yes. That's a rather intense form of sleep paralysis though.

    it's really unfortunate to have, I know, believe me. And I hallucinate also. People who suffer from sleep paralysis tend to be more anxious and paranoid and have more fearful and imaginative minds

    I've had the same. The last time I had it was about a year or so ago and it was pretty weird.

    I was asleep and in my dream it felt like my heart was beating faster and faster to the point I could hear it and that it was about to burst out of my chest. I ended up gaining my conciousness but was completely unable to move and realized I was having sleep paralysis all while my heart was beating like crazy. I then moved my eyes to look down and all I seen was this tall pasty white figure in a long black cover/jacket with long white hair that covered most of his face, holding this little girl's hand who was standing next to him, both of them were staring at me.

    It was probably the most scared I had ever been and it still freaks me out. It seemed so real.

    Is sleep paralysis the same as lucid dreaming? Or is it a thing that is accompanied by lucid dreaming? I fall asleep sometimes and I'm aware that I'm asleep but I can't wake up. Is that what you're talking about?

      You're experiencing sleep paralysis there. You are also aware in your sleep during sleep paralysis but you can't wake up just like you stated. It's like a nightmare.
      While in lucid dreaming, you can control your dream as you please and have fun in it. It's like a good dream.

        Oh alright. The first time it happened, I panicked. Now sometimes when it happens, I just relax and try to drift back into deeper sleep since I can't wake up fully. I would prefer I didn't dream at all.. My favorite sleep is the sleep you don't remember.

    Sleep paralysis or rapid eye movement sleep is normal condition when we are partially awake and everyone goes through it. we often have hallucinations during REM sleep because our dreams get mixed up with reality and the characters appear to be real. In your case the demon is part of your dream.
    Because the disability to move is unpleasant we often see weird or demon type characters.
