I have sweaty palms

Since I was little, my palms always sweated and still. It gets worse when the weather is hot! I find it difficult to grip a pen whenever i write. Sometimes my palms sweat a lot that the paper i'm writing on gets wet. And when it comes to shaking hands with people, i would wipe my palms using my cloth as i'm afraid they would feel disgusted with my sweaty palms. But one thing, the only advantage i get is having smooth palms due to non-stop sweating.

    Yes it's normal in some people. You can use Kleinert's antiperspirant wipes and they will block the sweat on your hands for a week. they are like little alcohol wipeys that you open, rub, then throw away.

    This is actually quite serious.

    The next step would be for your knees to go weak.
    Then your arms will start to get heavy.

    I suggest that, when you start to vomit on your sweater, you should seek medical advice

      Don't know why I was thumbed down, I was being serious. You can go to the chemist and buy creams and ointments that will help with your hands.
