I hear fizzing bubbles in my neck?

OK, I've been having random neck issues for a while and after I have neck stiffness and pain later I feel and hear tiny bubbles or fizzing sounds in my neck. Like air bubbles are being released. Idk if I have arthritis or a misalignment but my neck hurts more in the past few months when its damp. I'm 35. ???
