I it normal that i smell my hand after touching my balls/penis?

I mostly in the morning and when im alone smell my hands after i have "fiddled" with my penis or balls, is this normal? its not bc i like the smell, just sort of i have to.

    If your compelled to do it sounds like OCD. Just make sure you wash your hands and flip the light switch 3 times afterward.
