I'm really constipated. I think everything backed up. Because there is literal diarrhea coming out of my mouth, because everything must be backing up. Like I throw up and diarrhea comes out. This is horrible, but I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow. This is awful though and I hope it doesn't happen again

You should've taken laxatives or castor oil before it got to the point of overflow. Btw, can you smell your own breath after you've thrown up poo, and tell us about it?

This is such BS. If you had an impaction like that you would be in unimaginable pain and would quickly die without medical attention.
For one, stop EATING. Until at least you see a Doctor. I see you already have spoken with Dr. Rose! She is to stoned right now so I recommend a second opinion.
