I know exactly what someone thinks of me when they look at me?
If someone looks at me (I don't have to be looking back), I know exactly what they are thinking about me.
I was on the bus, for instance, and I was crying because my boyfriends family was in turmoil and it was making me worry, and I knew there was a woman behind me without even looking. She was assuming that someone had died and she felt bad for me.
Another example was when I was in the local health shop looking at protein bars and a man behind me was thinking "aren't they for athletes? she must be kidding herself. "
I know it isn't paranoia because sometimes it can be positive things too like people thinking how they like my hair etc.
I don't know if others experience things like this but IIN?
