One day, I forgot about my toast, and it cooked too long, I decided to take a bite, and I thought the toast was the best toast I have ever had.

    There's a never-ending parade of health-scares, and one a few months ago was that carcinogens are produced when bread is toasted to a dark brown.

    Yay I am not alone! And melted butter tastes much much more nicer on burnt than on an ordinary toast.
