I like gore vids and vids of people/animals dying or gettin hurt, iin?

I almost never feel bad, gross, or sad from watching them. I don't feel guilty about it. There's something about the morbidity that pulls me in. For ex, vids of people jumping to their deaths, getting shot, getting stoned to death, electrocuted, hideous car wrecks, etc. I think everyone has a morbid curiosity to some extent, mine might just be more intense than most people's. I'm not a sociopath or anything, I do have moral principles. I frequently give good, serious advice here (I'm also a bit of a troll, not in a very mean way though) and I believe in trying to do good by others. Thoughts?

    I've seen that stuff before out of curiosity.
    What I noticed is it felt a piece of my soul died everytime I saw something like that, so I try not watching those things.
    I would imagine after a while it will desensitized someone to where they no longer have compassion for others.
    It's a black hole that can become hard to get out of.

        I've seen and heard a lot of fucked up stuff, online and with real life. In a way though it has made me a better person because I know how serious certain issues are so I am more prepared when problems occur. My personal life hadn't been too bad, but I am close to people who have had otherwise.

    It's called sadism, and no, not normal at all. I only like to show up after a bloody, gory occurrence to collect any leftover bits.

    I think it's quite normal. Fascinating about things that usually terrify others. I love it, always have and always will. Some may say you're weird but eh, being weird is great in my book
