For some reason, I actually enjoy looking at videos of invertebrate animals such as insects, snails, octopus, millipedes and centipedes more than those of vertebrate ones such as turtles and dogs. I mean vertebrates are cool but I think invertebrates are cooler. Is this normal?
I love invertebrates, but I think I like vertebrates a teensy bit more. Nothing wrong with your opinion though - they are awesome.
Normal. I used to be obsessed with the invertebrates that live in the ocean.
I'm so pro-vertebrae! I love the skeletons left by them/us. At the same time I also appreciate muchly a nice exoskeleton.
Yesss. Years I found a dead chipmunk in my yard and saved its little bones. It had the most adorable little teeth and the way the big chompers went so far onto the jaw bone was pretty awesome. I also save my tarantulas molted skins...
I'd have saved them too, maybe have it mounted and start a mini natural history museum. Oh, also years ago, I remember having to sleep in a friend's bedroom with Tata, his tarantula when she was still alive. The next times he had me over I had to sleep with it dead and molding in her glass home. I wasn't exactly happy about either one, but it was at least interesting.
Well i always like the Marine arthropod, Limulidae AKA the Horseshoe Crab, but sadly these Prehistoric Living fossils are dying off in an extremely alarming Rate =(

What?! No, you're crazy. Team vertebrates all the way!! Honestly I dont think anyone even thinks about this unless they're a biology major or something. Do you watch a lot of nature specials or something?
