When people have a bunch of random letters and numbers as their username, I can't remember them.
Examples (fake ones): j7s9n or ns243 or c56t
Why did they choose them? Those aren't names! Not unless you are a robot. >.<
I like it when a is it normal member has a quirky or normal name, something memorable.
Maybe they are computer nerds. I have a bunch of computer nerd friends and for some reason they prefer having a bunch of random numbers and letter for their password and user. Every time I meet someone who is really into computers I tend to see this. When I question why I usually get "Its just easier that way". It is sometimes patterns on the keyboard.
Although it is theoretically possible to have an 'antispark', this would have to be generated using antimatter.
Since antimatter does not exist in sufficient quantities, in this Level 1 Universe, then an antispark would belong only to an antimatter exo-Universe.
Note: Antimatter does exist in this Level 1 Universe, but only in relatively very small quantities. When antimatter collides with ordinary matter, they both annihilate into nothingness.
Yeah, that makes sense. When it's all cluttered like your examples, it can get confusing. I'm better at remembering numbers than words, although I'm not sure if that applies to names (and I really don't like the idea of our usernames being numbers). Also, how boring would being called 64079 be?
And yeah, I think you tend to skim over stuff like "bo2t8gb", and therefore won't remember it, since you haven't even read it properly. Plain old "bananaface" takes a lot less time read, and you're less likely to skim over it (although maybe we do, but it's just much easier to understand, if that makes sense?) than the jumbled username, so I guess you'd have a better chance of remembering it. Plus, a proper word (I'll stick with "bananaface":P), tends to create an image in your mind. It has a meaning. "bo2t8gb" doesn't have quite the same effect, does it?
Either way, I'm guessing it's normal.:)

Nonsensical usernames with a bunch of random numbers/letters don't stand out very well to me and I tend to skip over what they say more often. How am I supposed to remember their personalities/characteristics if they don't have any definition to their name?
mine is named after a sponge. It has no meaning, just wanted to pick a name that was very neutral (does not evoke any emotion), but somewhat unique and short.
I agree, I don't much care for names with random letters and numbers-but it doesn't matter too much to me, I'm more into the content and meaning of what people post here.
I think the reason for this is because many normal names such as TalkingHat (my friends name on a different website.) are taken. Many people write usernames down (not me) until they remember them. It makes me sad that the hardest thing my children will have to find is a screen name that is not already taken...
i agree, a good username is memorable and simple.
i chose mine after a character in the show "Red Dwarf" he is a mechanical being whose brain is made up of thoughts and feelings of those around him.
I've realised that my username appeares to be meaningless and random and several people have asked me what it means. In a sense it is meaningless, not to the creator of the lyric but to me, yet, it means a lot to me
Not really. There are a lot of users with the number-letter combo names. For some bizarre reason, I find them hard to remember. If it was strictly a numeric username, I would find it easy to remember, but not alpha-numeric.
If it was something like "82083908239" would you remember?
My ex's msn user (of when we were like 14) was his name and 14 random numbers. something like name3424248422323; it looked very ugly, i never understood it.
Yeah I definitely put thought into my username but it doesn't really make sense or read well unless you know what it means
This is my second username. It's pretty obvious what it means; the names of two very talented and attractive actors! I like usernames that are just random words, and I wonder how the user came up with it haha
I think it's normal. However, I've only considered the number thing as a problem if there were many numbers.
It's too bad you don't have a wicked personality to match your wicked name. Either you're an immature teen or a cognitively challenged adult but the attention-seeking way you treat others on this site is sort of pathetic and just sad. Were you abused by your parents or something? Or an uncle or neighbor? Whatever your reasons are, you should get a life and stop being a dick to people here.
