I loathe mormons

I was raised mormon until i reached the age of reason and am now athiest and happy. So i know all their beliefs and they are overly far fetched bullshit. They are nothing more than a cult like prettymuch nearly every other religion(not saying all religions are). They send their puppet missionaries to try and convince more poor fucks to join their church. They are evil, stupid, racist, and hateful and try and poke their nose in politics where no religion belongs in any way. I hope all of the mormon leaders get asshole cancer, become septic and die. I sincerely hope this with every fiber of my being. is it normal to despise the religion i was taught to except since childhood? Does anyone else feel this way?

    Mormons taught me that it is okay to be cruel to people who were different from you. If you were angry with a fellow Mormon, you channel that anger through someone outside the faith- that is perfectly acceptable.

    But I don't believe that all of them act this way. I just think I had really fucked up neighbors.

    I have a friend who is Mormon, can't speak for the whole group but she's a very nice person, I've never seen her be cruel in the least bit. And she said before that she supports gay rights, so she's not close minded.

    Their cataloguing of censuses from 1881 helped me research my family tree a lot. Even though they did it for dubious purposes, it still had a positive knock on effect for millions of genealogists.

    My boyfriends Mormon and I absolutly hate the religion. It seems like bs to me, although I wouldn't tell him that! Sometimes no all the time his parents are crazy and obsessive over every aspect of his life. - it kills me.

    I love Mormons. Their visits give me an excuse to start a Biblical debate. Too bad none of them actually read the Bible. And you are correct when you said (concerning politics) "where no religion belongs in any way." Jesus Christ himself said his kingdom is no part of this world, and his followers must remain separate from the world.(John 18:36, 15:19) The prophet Daniel said that God's kingdom would "crush and put an end" to all human kingdoms.(Daniel 2;44) Why would a follower of Jesus want to have any sharing with these human "kingdoms"?

    yeah, especially the polygamy and thar the tithe is way too,high, like 50% of your wages last I heard. there are the cults too. it doesnt add up to be legit.
