I am a 20 year old straight guy. A few months ago I was on youtube and a My little pony reaction video appeared in my recommended videos. I figured, "hey why not?" and clicked. Since then I've come to greatly enjoy both official and fan works.
However, I do all this in secret. My family is very traditional, and would definitely not look at me the same way for enjoying a show designed for little girls.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so what did you do about it?

    I love MLP! I used to hide it, but over the last few years I've told several people about it, including my close family and friends. They definitely aren't fans but gave me surprisingly little shit about it, for the most part.

    I am a Brony myself, but I don't exactly share it with my family or friends. My sister is one of the few that knows, but she also likes the show. For the most part, they probably would laugh, but then rarely bring it up.
