I'm addicted to eyeliner but don't know why

So I go out wearing no makeup or very little makeup but when I go to work, I overload on the eyeliner. No one at my work calls me pretty but when I'm out of work/wearing no makeup, I get hit on all the time. I think this has to do with the amount of eyeliner I wear. For some reason, I only load on the eyeliner for work. I literally put 10x the average amount on and I look like a raccoon. Then I get home and always feel silly. I wonder why I wore so much and think it must make me look like a whore. IIN?

    Don't you see! You are beautiful without having your eyes caked with mascara. If you still want to wear your mascara, that's fine. It's your right. Do what makes you happy.

    If you know it doesn't look good than why do you wear so much? If it's just fun to apply, then get some crayons and leave your face out of it.
