I find it hard not to masturbate every day at least once.

The problem is that I cannot come from regular sex unless I've abstained from masturbaitng for at least a day or two. Which is difficult because I'm so addicted. So normally when I'm with a girl I don't come and she always wonders what's wrong. And it's embarrasing to say "well I just masturbated a couple of hours ago even though I knew I was going to be with you, because I couldn't help it".
