    It's better than another fear I read on here where someone was afraid the world would flip over and we'd all fall off.

    I don't know if it's normal, but I'm the same way. I hate, hate, HATE being in a car that's next to a semi. If it's causing you a lot of anxiety, especially if it's so bad that it's interfering with your life, you should talk to a doctor about it.
