Whenever I shower, I feel uncomfortably vulnerable. I finish quickly and cover with a towel immediately. I avoid glancing in the mirror. If I see myself nude, I panic. IIN?

    Um, avoid the panic by covering your mirror before you get naked.

    You night have body image issues, and maybe it has to do with low self steem. It's understandable 'cause society is telling us ALL THE TIME that we NEED to have perfect bodies, as if that was important, or even possible!
    Try to work out why you feel like this, so that you can find a way to abandon this fear.

    I can relate, I don't really enjoy being naked myself. I definitely don't panic. But I definitely don't just get naked for the hell of being naked. And I would not feel comfortable in a nudist colony.
