Bugs are everywhere, there's no escaping them, not even in clean environments. Have you found any springtails, those tiny things are almost invisible.

I had a problem with bugs in my house too. This is how i solved the situation for a while: try getting the most toxic spray on the market and leave the house for 2-3 days.
But i heared on the internet that lemon juice works great if u put concentrated juice in a bottle of spray (i didnt try this but it cannot do more harm)

I would never rent a place with carpets. They’re impossible to truly clean and there are always bugs hiding in them. The worm probably crawled out of the drain, I would wear sandals in the shower. A fly can get in when you enter the studio. Spiders only hang out in your place because it’s infested.

If your apartment isn't hermetically sealed - which it obviously won't be, because you have to breathe when your there - bugs will find their way in. And of course there's one means of insect transport that comes into the place every time you open the door: you, with all the little nooks and crannies in your clothing and shoes, not to mention whatever may be hitching a ride on the food and other things you bring into the apartment,

Carpet beetle larvae eat animal fibres, so if there's anything wool in the apartment - like, uh... a wool carpet - you need to be extra careful about vacuuming regularly. And you obviously need to be careful about not leaving any crumbs or other edible stuff around.

Ants can be fucking annoying little bastards in the summer, and once they locate a food source, they will keep coming back to that and wandering randomly into other areas. They follow scent-trails, so the first thing you should do if you see a trail of ants is to follow it back as far as you can to see if you can locate where they're coming in and block that if possible. Then use some sort of spray kitchen cleaner on the ants and thoroughly wipe the route they were following. If they keep coming back, you can get little ant equivalents of the classic roach hotel which contains poisoned food granules which the ants will helpfully carry back to the nest and share around.

Frankly, what you describe hardly sounds like an infestation, and if I were your landlord and you complained about this, I wouldn't take it seriously. Also, I think you're nuts for even considering asking for an exterminator to visit, since this would mean your living space would be contaminated with toxic chemicals; most serious pesticides are chemically related to nerve gas, and what sane person wants to be breathing that crap in, even if the manufacturers supposedly have tests that show it's safe at the levels you'd be exposed to?

It’s summer. That’s completely normal. The worm thing may be a meal worm. Check your pantry for bread crumbs, flour or pancake mix that has webs in them (like literally in the mix).

I live in essentially a swamp so unwanted guests is common this time of the year. Look into getting a kitten or two to help!
