I'm interested in taking these supplements

Specifically nootropics, e.g.vinpocetine and, soon, ginkgo, I hope Chemist Warehouse has ginkgo. Ginkgo helps with memory, learning, and focus and reduces stress, of course, you can't learn a thing from ginkgo, what it does is increase your ability to learn. Vinpocetine I say supports cognitive performance, but you can't get knowledge from taking it, it just helps you to acquire knowledge.
3 vinpocetines a day is all I need, I'm starting to know better, so it's working. It also helps with blood flow to the brain. So these brainy supplements, known as nootropics, obviously are made from natural ingredients, but anything's natural as long as it's physical, a car's natural and so is hair dye, by natural I mean it's not made from artificial ingredients, still, it's synthetic, the tablets don't look natural, they look like harsh paracetamols, small and white, also I think they bleached it. Co-Q10 (co que ten) I can't use yet because I'm 39 years, I should be 40, and it does anti-aging to your heart and helps with memory, I prefer nootropics defined as improving or enhancing cognition, not memory as such, hence my next nootropic will be PQQ, meaning pyrroloquinolinequinone, it helps with cognition. You can find these online, is this normal?

Nootropics are for beta cucks. Real men use amphetamines.

It's the best in helping your brain, I take a lot of substances in the morning, with food, I'm probably a beta male, I don't remember being that dominant, as of the alpha male.

Quality control and supplements that are actually absorbed into the body can be difficult to find (it's not what is in the tablet or liquid, its does it get absorbed into the body at an appropriate level to make a difference).

Nutrilite supplements have a very many decade long history of excellent quality control and having supplements where the ingredients are actually absorbed into the body. They are not cheap (you don't get what you don't pay for).

While there are probably other brands out there... the few I have seen over the years with similar claims backed up by actual evidence (not just stories) were similarly (or more) expensive.

Nutrilite is normally sold though independent distributors and is not in stores.

Do what you will with that information.

    I wish you the best

Do you realise how expensive these supplements are?

Yes I do. I also know how ineffective many of the cheaper vitamins in the stores are.

Many years ago I was taking 2000 mg of Nutrilite Vitamin C to assist with my allergies (combined with 2000 mg of MSM). This actually helped in the case of my specific allergies.

When you are taking that much Vitamin C (and your body is absorbing it) your urine often turns a distinct what I call orange color (I'm partially color blind so what I see as colors do not always line up with what other people see).

Nutrilite changed the formulation and added an ingredient that I had a food allergy to, and I had to change to other brands.

The most effective store brand that I could take required 6000+ mg per day to get any noticeable urine color change (and there were other brands that did not get there with 10,000 mg per day).

3 bottles of the common store brand that worked were more expensive than the single bottle of Nutrilite Vitamin C that had great absorption into the body (bio-availability).

Again due to formulation changes I had to discontinue other Nutrilite vitamins, and I found the same thing with the store vitamins (3-4 times the nominal quantity to have the same effect on my body).

It's not how much of a vitamin, mineral, etc. is in the pill. It's how much is absorbed by the body.

I'd rather take something that is not just being pooped out with most of it unabsorbed by the body. My experience is that taking high bio-availability vitamins is cheaper too, assuming you are looking for actual changes in your body function and not just to be able to say that you are taking vitamins.

While you don't always get what you pay for.... (you can be overcharged); you never get what you don't pay for.

If you're concerned with your orange urine and not your mental or emotional performance, I think you have an unhealthy preoccupation with your urine stream. I don't take things for my urine, that's silly, I take nootropics for my brain, and as for your preposterous advice on vitamins that simply means I should take vitamins and therefore I'm planning to buy vitamin D3, a lot of that stuff gets absorbed by my body. I think it's a fantastic plan what you have going, which is funny because vitamins give me light yellow urine every time, not an orange or in my eyes, a deep yellow colour. Lucky you're not in Australia where all your problems are already solved and the industry takes care of you instead of you taking care of yourself, frankly the industry doesn't care, they're only serving you, the American or whatever country you're at, so they don't go out of business. Furthermore I couldn't care less about any vitamin but D3, it's absolutely essential that I take the aforementioned things to the letter, every day, and 3 of the vinpocetine, to me it sounds strange, and still, my cognition is working strangely, this is no ordinary supplement, in editing my comment I hope I said the right things.

I don't take vitamins to change my urine color. I take them to affect my body. But vitamin C is a great indicator of effectiveness of a brand.

Excess vitamin C is flushed out via urine. Its safe because it does not build up in the body as it is readily flushed by the kidneys.

It's and indication of how much vitamin C your body is absorbing from the pills. If 1 1000 mg tablet twice a day often produces orange urine, then your body is absorbing excess Vitamin C. If another brand takes 3 1000 mg tablets twice a day for a similar effect, it shows that the 1st tablet is far more bio-available than the 2nd tablet (and lets not discuss the ones that 5 1000 mg tables twice a day had no effect on urine color).

In regards to other vitamins. I could tell by how well either my body felt or my mind functioned on how effective they were (and again the Nutrilite vitamins were far more effective than other brands - in the few other cases I could compare Nutrilite actually produced the best body or mental capacity change for the money spent.

Nutrilite vitamins are sold in Austrailia, and Japan too which has far stricter requirements for effectiveness. Virtually none of the other American vitamin brands would be allowed into Japan because they are not very effective. I cannot say how many would be allowed in Austrailia as I have never looked that Austrailia's regulations on vitamins (I had a freind from Japan who explained the Japanese regulations to me - and already knew about Nutrilite).

It's bloody terrific, and to mention orange, orange is a funny colour, wouldn't you agree? In all frankness I say to you I'm in need of associating D3 with ginkgo, iron, vinpocetine, and fish oil, then I'll have optimal health, as for vitamins if I needed vitamin C I'll drink store-bought orange juice, plus I'll eat my porridge happily, these pills should be taken with food, lest I get nauseous (I can talk all day about nausea, I get it all the time).
